  1. Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the lime jello mixture. Stir well.
  3. Pour the lime jello mixture into a 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 with orange jello and cherry jello, using separate bowls for each flavor.
  5. After the lime jello has set, pour the orange jello mixture over it. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  6. After the orange jello has set, pour the cherry jello mixture over it. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with whipped topping until well combined.
  8. Spread the milk and whipped topping mixture over the top layer of jello.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
